Which strength condom fit for anal sex?

There have been a lot of studies of condom failure (breakages, slipping off, etc.) in gay men. A study is that University 56 presented data from a study of 283 gay male couples who had been randomized to use either standard or thicker condoms for anal sex and additional water-based lubricant. Each couple was offered with nine condoms and completed a questionnaire after each sexual act. The researchers found that condoms broke for the same reasons as previously identified in studies among heterosexual couples; unrolling the condom before fitting it to the penis, longer duration of intercourse (longer than 45 minutes), and absence of additional lubricants. Use of additional inappropriate lubricants, (oil-based or saliva) was also connected with condom breakage. Penis length was also together with condom breakage, yet girth was noThe study found no significant differences between the two types of condoms with respect to breakage or slippage. Condoms were more likely to slip if lubricants was placed on the penis under the condom. A low incidence of breakage was reported for both condoms types during appropriate use. In order to use standard condoms most effectively, the researchers suggested that gay men be reminded of the following: 1. unroll the condom after fitting it to the penis. 2. use additional lubricant. 3. apply the lubrication to the outside of the condom only. 4. apply the lubricant in and around the anus. The researchers also suggested that gay men should use extra-strong or thicker condoms wherever possible. The researchers proposed that gay men should be advised to use CE marked condoms, and noted that inexperience in the use of condoms and use of inappropriate lubricants were far more important factors in explaining condom failure. It is okay for gay men to use standard-strength condoms for anal sex with HIV prevention . standard-strength condoms are just as reliable for anal sex as extra-strength ones. extra strength condoms manufacturers and suppliers.
