When should you use a condom?



When use condoms properly, it will be highly effective against pregnancy- Although no contraceptive can guarantee 100% effectiveness. Latex condoms will help reduce the risk of transmission of HIV Infection (AIDS) and many other sexually transmitted diseases including chlamydia infections, genital herpes, gonorrhea,hepatitis B, and syphilis.

You can use a condom to protect yourself and your partner from HIV and STIs:


during vaginal, anal and oral sex


each time you have sex


when sharing sex toys (put a new condom on for each partner)
