The production process of condoms.

You might use condoms before, but you never thought how it’s made. Now let’s study the production process of condoms.

Firstly, the material. Most condoms are made from natural latex that a strong and flexible material which come from rubber trees.

Second, in the production line, it have the glass moulds being dipped in a pool of liquid latex twice to ensure that a strong film of latex. Next a ring is formed at the open end of condoms to ensure that is fits on the penis securely. Then condoms are removed from their moulds and the moulds get washed and dried so that they can go through next cycle of dipping.

Third, The condoms are washed in a solution to make them a silky smooth feel. 100% condoms were tested electronically by being placed over a metal shaft with an electrified test pad. If the electronic circuit is completed it means the condom has a defect that it can’t be sold. If the electronic circuit isn’t completed it proves the condom is qualified.

Last, the condoms are added lubricants and put in to foil wrappers, then place in boxes. Welcome to inquiry! Any problems, please send Email: linda@oemcondoms.com
